It is everybody’s dream to own a roof over their head. However, if you are not prepared and a wrong decision is made, it can turn out to be a nightmare. Read our house buying tips to avoid costly mistakes.

Q. Will you be staying in the district for more than 5 years ?

Buying a house and reselling it in less than five years is usually not financially feasible. Buying a house incurs the following fees, which can be substantial:

Sales and Purchase Agreement legal fees

Knowledge of information such as asking prices of similar properties on sale and the past two years transaction records in the district would be a strong bargaining tool.

Option to purchase.

Once the price has been agreed upon, most sellers would require an initial deposit (Option Sum) to secure the deal. The Option to Purchase Agreement will prevent the seller from reneging and selling the property to somebody else who bids higher than you. The Option Agreement usually is valid for seven working days during which time you must deposit a 10% down payment into an escrow account with your lawyer. Once this is done, the seller will draft the Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Closing the Deal

Always get professional help with the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Insist on the inclusion of a contingent clause that allows you to conduct a thorough inspection of the house 24 hours before the final payment is released by the bank to the seller (assuming a loan is obtained). This is especially important if the property you initially inspected was occupied. You might find a gaping sinkhole in the living room where the TV cabinet was placed.

Upon signing of the Sale and Purchase agreement, you will be given usually 90 days to obtain the loan to finance your purchase. If you fail to do so within the stipulated time, your down payment will be forfeited. The only time your down payment will be returned to you is if the seller failed to comply with any of the contingent clause in the Agreement.

Once your loan is approved, the bank will inform you the date the money will be disbursed to the seller. Conduct a thorough investigation of the property, which should be vacant, be this time. If you are satisfied, grant permission to your bank to release the money. As soon as the money is released, vacant possession of the property should be handed over to you. Enjoy your new home.

We have gone through the introduction and advantages of FOREX!!Now, i proceed to the part where you will be exposed on HOW you make money via FOREX and HOW to read the FOREX QUOTE dude..

In the forex market, you buy or sell currencies.

Placing a trade in the foreign exchange market is simple: the mechanics of a trade are very similar to those found in other markets (like the stock market), so if you have any experience in trading, you should be able to pick it up pretty quickly.

The objective of FOREX trading is to exchange one currency for another in the expectation that the price will change, so that the currency you bought will increase in value compared to the one you sold.

Example:

An exchange rate is simply the ratio of one currency valued against another currency. For example, the USD/CHF exchange rate indicates how many U.S. dollars can purchase one Swiss franc, or how many Swiss francs you need to buy one U.S. dollar.

Next,How to Read a Forex Quote

Currencies are always quoted in pairs, such as GBP/USD or USD/JPY. The reason they are quoted in pairs is because in every foreign exchange transaction, you are simultaneously buying one currency and selling another. Here is an example of a foreign exchange rate for the British pound versus the U.S. dollar:

The first listed currency to the left of the slash ("/") is known as the base currency (in this example, the British pound), while the second one on the right is called the counter or quote currency (in this example, the U.S. dollar).

When buying, the exchange rate tells you how much you have to pay in units of the quote currency to buy one unit of the base currency. In the example above, you have to pay 1.51258 U.S. dollars to buy 1 British pound.

When selling, the exchange rate tells you how many units of the quote currency you get for selling one unit of the base currency. In the example above, you will receive 1.51258 U.S. dollars when you sell 1 British pound.

First, what is FOREX itself?

FOREX= Foreign Exchange

Analogy:
Imagine u r a very stunning cool person from USA coming down to Malaysia just for purpose of fishing. Once u arrived at airport, u change your money from Dollar to Ringgit Malaysia.
Actually by converting your money into other currency, you have involved in FOREX ok.
lets say you traded 20 dollar for 64 ringgit and you didnt use any single cent during your vacation okay (u eat fish that u caught,u sleep on beach under coconut tree, and u dont use money). And before you fly back home, you want to change back your money into the dollar currency. This time you wont get exactly 20 dollar since the dollar currency drop suddenly that time( this time you feel like a loss for not using ur money during vacation).

Next, How do you gain PROFITS in foreign exchange?

These changes in the exchanges rates will allow you to make money in the foreign exchange market.

FYI, the The foreign exchange market, which is usually known as "forex" or "FX," is the largest financial market in the world. Compared to the measly $153 billion a day volume of the New York Stock Exchange, the foreign exchange market looks absolutely ginormous with its a day $ 4 Trillion trade volume. In the previous movie of Harry Potter, the story ends with Dumbledore’s death (the greatest white bearded principal of magic school). And then, what happened next will be a mystery to the entire Potter movie lover especially on where is Harry heading soon after the death of his beloved master. There’s come the sequence which called Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows (correct me if I wrong okay).

Now, I am going to tell the story board okay (based on the original Book)..

Just after the death of Dumbledore, Voldemort has completed his ascension to power and gains control of the Ministry of Magic. Harry, Ron, and Hermione drop out of school. (I don’t quite so sure whether expelled or resigning ok) to find and destroy Voldemort's remaining Horcruxes. They isolate themselves to ensure the safety of their family and friends.

They do believed that the possibility that two of the Horcruxes are objects that belonged to Hogwarts founders Rowena Ravenclaw and Helga Hufflepuff, and that the third is Nagini, Voldemort's snake familiar. The locations of the two founders' objects are unknown, and Nagini is presumed to be with Voldemort himself. As they search for the Horcruxes, the trio learns details about Dumbledore's past, as well as Snape's true motives.

The trio recovers the first of Voldemort's Horcruxes, Salazar Slytherin's locket, by infiltrating the Ministry of Magic. They recover the Sword of Godric Gryffindor; it is one of a few objects that can be used to destroy Horcruxes (being dipped in Basilisk venom), and they use it to destroy the locket. In their travels the trio comes across a strange symbol, which an eccentric wizard named Xenophilius Lovegood (father of Luna) tells them represents the mythical Deathly Hallows.

The Hallows are revealed to be three sacred objects: the Resurrection Stone, a stone with the power to recall the dead to the world of the living; the Elder Wand, an unbeatable wand; and an infallible Invisibility Cloak. Harry learns that Voldemort is seeking the Elder Wand, but is unaware of the Hallows and their significance. The trio decides that discovering Voldemort's Horcruxes is more important than procuring the Hallows for themselves.

They break into Bellatrix Lestrange's vault at the Wizarding Bank Gringotts to recover another Horcrux, the cup of Helga Hufflepuff. Harry learns that another Horcrux is hidden in Hogwarts, and Harry, Ron, and Hermione enter the school. They find this Horcrux, the Diadem of Ravenclaw, and successfully destroy the cup and the diadem.

The book culminates in the Battle of Hogwarts. Harry, Ron, and Hermione, in conjunction with students and members of the wizard world opposed to the rise of Voldemort, defend Hogwarts from Voldemort, his Death Eaters, and various magical creatures.

Several major characters are killed in the first wave of the battle. Harry discovers that Voldemort inadvertently made Harry a Horcrux when he attacked him as a baby, and that he will have to die to destroy Voldemort.

Harry surrenders himself to Voldemort, who attacks Harry with the Killing Curse, sending Harry to a sort of Limbo between life and death. There, Harry first sees the killed piece of Voldemort's soul, that was attached to him, before meeting Dumbledore who explains that because Voldemort used Harry's blood to regain his full strength, Harry is protected from any harm that Voldemort could commit against him, meaning that the Horcrux inside Harry is destroyed, but Harry can return to his body despite being hit by the Killing Curse.

Harry then returns to his body, the battle resumes, and after the last remaining Horcrux is destroyed, Harry is able to defeat Voldemort.

So, in the end of the movie, there should be death of Voldemort…end of the Harry Porter since Jk Rowling do not wish to continue any story as she already be a billionaire already rite..

here, i want to share sum info to the people who are keen in becoming a professional engineer after graduating from the university.

listen dude..its not so hard to achieve prof. engineer or we called Ir....but the main thing is believe me you will find that being an ordinary engineer is very boring dude...in fact ur responsibilty is limited and you can't submit drawing, signing doc..etc..right??u wanna a title which signify your power and authority in engineering ok..this is what u should do..be a professional engineer ok..

now,i am going to take you to a simple tour or basic guidance of becoming a professional engineer okay??

first, soon after your graduating from engineering course, Please register with BEM..Board of Engineer Malaysia..really simple..in fact, before u can simply practise ur engineering skill, u have to reg yourself with BEM...amount need to pay is cheap ok..and once for a life time okay..

second step dude, just work at any consultation firm or company for atleast 3 years only..and work for hard okay for sure..and during the industrial work, pls do not straight away dump ur work paper or doc cos u need to prepare a report.

and later on after you finished the 3 years industrial working experience, you will have two options...first option is that you can go for PAE which stands for professional assesment examination okay..second you can reg with IEM , institution of engineer malaysia and you must be a corporate member ( before u become corporate member,do notice that there will be some kind of interview okay)...and one more thing, IEM will assign a person who is a prof engineer to assist your way to the top okay..

ok..FYI..most people who are the professional engineers nowadays told that better to take the second option since its simpler than the first choice..however..its just a tips ok..for sake of ur own..do make ur own destiny..

Last but not least,if u manage to pass the third step..u are 3 quarter of becoming an Ir dude..the final step is registration of professional engineer with BEM...once u can reg this and ur application pass, u are a professional engineer okay..do proud of yourself..

ok..aku bukan ustat..tp aku nak wat cite juga sal hantu..sbb aku terasa macam nak buat cite sal makhluk ni sbb aku melayu..selagi ada darah melayu selagi tu la kuat skit kepercayaan bnda2 mcmni..

first..ape itu hantu? kalau ikut kamus hidup aku..aku ada dua konsep sal Hantu ni..

1st : manusia yg berperangai setan juga digelar hantu dan spesis ini amt selalu aku jmpa..xperlu dihuraikan..suma sudah sedia maklum

2nd : entiti atau sesuatu yg mampu menakutkan aku..contohnya ialah babi dan juga anjing..aku gelar mereka ini hantu..

ok readers, kita balik kpd tajuk asal dan lupakan konsep aku sal hantu...tindakan2 bernas yg patut anda wat bile jmpe hantu..kalau anda jmpa hantu, apa patut anda buat???

ok ini senarai nye..

1. Baca la apa yg patut..jika anda org Islam anda tentu boleh membaca ayat kursi dgn betul..pastikan anda habiskan bacaan kerna jika anda salah membaca, syaitan atau makhluk halus itu akan stay dan membetulkan apa yg anda salah..jadi, bfr baca,make sure la korang baca betul mengikut hukum tajwid...oopss...Bg org bukan beragama Islam, jgn la risau kerana hantu menagacau org yg kuat iman je..org yg kurang iman hantu xkan kacau..tujuan syaitan ada di atas muka bumi pun untuk sesatkan manusia..so xde guna die kacau korang pun sbb korang da mmg sesat..tp kalau korang kena kacau juga..bukak la kitab old testament n new testament(untuk penganut Kristian la)

2. ok..kalau anda ditindih..benda pertama anda harus wat..cuba gerakkan jari kaki dlu...ini slalu berlaku pada membe2 aku ketika mereka lena di atas katil..so, jgn panic..gerakkan dlu..kalau anda nmpk juga,cuba ttp mata dan terus lawan..ini ada sedikit nasihat dari membe aku..lepas leh gerak jari kaki,korang kena melaungkan azan la...

3. kalau terjumpa hantu yg setakat bertenggek kat atas pokok..baling batu dowh..konpem jatuh..haha..xpon..biarkan je la..buat bodo dan jgn berhenti ty khabar ke ape ke..benda pelik jgn ditegur..tu je..pastu,jgn dok sibuk kecoh2 kat org "aku jmpa antu dowh"...lupakan,kalau anda kecoh je maka aku leh ckp org yg jumpa antu ni die xkan dok bangga ckp jmpa antu..die akan diam jee..dan reaksi die akan senyap..

4. balik je bilik ke umah ke dari pancing atau g tempat yg jarang org dtg, jgn la anda terus masuk rumah anda kerana detailnya makhluk ghaib mgkin ada terikut kita..kalau katakan anda nampak, toksah risau..anda hny perlu g balik ke tempat asal korang g bfr balik tu..

5. jmpa ustat dlu bfr jmpa bomoh..kadang2 ada bomoh palsu..berhati2..sudah byk kes gadis serahkan tubuh kepada bomoh2 kononnya nak buang itu la buang ini la...hati2 ya..baik anda kenal dlu bomoh tu sape..

6.jika anda nampak binatang tertentu yg masuk rumah sperti ular atau babi atau kucing..try bagi salam dlu..sbb ditakuti itu ialah jelmaan jin atau makhluk ghaib..so jgn trus pukul..ckp2 bek2 dan aku yakin die akan blah dgn aman..kalau katakan korang pukul ular betul..make sure anda tanam ular tu sbb untuk pengetahuan anda, mata ular merekodkan wajah atau imej terakhir ia nampak bfr mati..so watchful ye..

7.ok..jika anda pegi menumpang ke rumah lama, dan anda penah mengalami bnda pelik..saya nasihatkan jgn sekali2 anda mengambil atau mengusik sebarang alat lama dalam umah tu..contohnya seterika antik,dan etc..kerana dikhuatiri itu mengakibatkan anda menjadi tuan kepada bnda itu...

8. jgn simpan duit byk di rumah kerana rumah anda bakal menjadi tmpat toyol melawat..so jgn sekali2 simpan duit. kalau anda nampak toyol toksah gentar, die hyla makhluk tuhan jga..die nak duit je..so bagi je..jgn dok lawan..

9. jika anda jmpa hantu time tgh mandi..haa..ini plg bahaya kerana ini adalah hantu yg mata kerajang..ubatnya satu je..berlakon2 seolah x nampak kerana hantu nak mengintai je..wat bodo keyh..kalau die x mau blah juga..tutp badan anda dgn tuala die akan blah..die x blah juga, anda lari la dowh..tggu ape lagi..ikut step yg 1st aku kasik td..

da..cukupla..xlarat nak karang da...penat dowh...

single atau berpunya??

aku bukan doktor cinta atau ada mana2 PhD dalam bidang cinta ni..tp aku hy ingin meluahkan ape aku rasa...

yg pertama...apa beza org berpunya dgn yg single??..meh aku jawab..sng je..xde beza..even kalau berpunya pun, still leh dikebas atau dirampas..malahan, xde bezanya dgn yg single..tentu anda pnh dgr BMW..best man win..selagi pepatah ini hidup, AWAS buat laki2 yg sudah ada gf..selagi anda tidak bergelar suami,jgn harap gf anda selamat..yg berkahwin pun boleh pegi kat org lain..sama la juga dgn pompuan..jgn igt anda menambat hati laki anda buat selamanya..kerna,cinta lelaki itu terletak pada matanya sahaja..bila anda sudah berusia dan tidak sehebat dulu,maka anda dlam keberangkalian untuk ditggalkan secara diam2..

walaupun gitu, ada juga perbezaan tp dianggap minor..contohnya..org single byk lagi duit dari org yg berpunya..tp konsep ini hanya applied untuk golongan pelajar,pekerja kilang,org awam biasa dan tidak merangkumi golongan2 anak datuk,pen'jambu' datuk dan datin,gigolo dan juga org bekerja...Plg senang diperhatikan ialah dari segi bil telefon..org yg sudah perpunya ni bil telefon mereka akan lebih melonjak dari yg single..tp ini tidak diapplied untuk bil air kerana org single laki, mereka tidak mampu membayar bil air tertunggak..walaupun gitu, org bekerja ada kebaikan untuk berpunya tp atas satu kondisi iaitu berkahwin kerana mereka dpt potongan tax..

selain itu, ada juga perbezaan lain iaitu dari segi berat dosa..ini hanyalah pemerhatian semata2 dan juga pengalaman..ape saya boleh cakap,mereka yg berkapel ini cenderung melakukan dosa zina besar atau anak zina..dalam konteks islam la kan, bila anda bukan muhrim berduaan,akan terselit la satu dua setan yg akan menghasut anda..so be carefull..anda mungkin tdak dgr bisikan itu tetapi jika iman anda hy sekuat daun kering yg terkulai layu di jalanan, lupakan je la hasrat nak lawan setan..folow je la...

bila anda single,anda tidak byk memikirkan hari2 penting..cukupla anda igt besday sndri,merdeka,dan juga ari perayaan..tidak perlu memikirkan valentine la, besday awek la..so kalau anda jenis pelupa lupakan je la nak berawek sbb diri anda sgt bodoh n hy tggu masa untuk dilempang melainkan anda hensem gile seperti babi yg tak tau malu..bila anda sudah mempunyai teman,anda akan byk kerunsingan di kepala otak yg leh watkan anda lari fokus dan anda juga mungkin cenderung melakukan bnda baik seperti bunuh dri,makan sampah,dan sebagainya...

ok..sebenarnya,,aku masih x paham apa yg jadi ukuran tanda sayang tu..duit ke?effort ke?..yg aku tau no car no talk or no money no talk..tp,kalau betulla anda syg sumone.. bagi secepuk 20-30 ribu jumpa mak bapak masuk masjid nikah trus..so..adakah kapel itu kekuatan hy pada nama je??

ok..balik kepada tajuk asal..pelu ke berpunya atau single??anda tentukan..

p/s: anda harus ingt yg kenyataan diatas dibuat atas pemerhatian sendri dan xde kena mengena dgn pendapat org lain..

yg kedua..aku amat stuju pepatah dunia x adil kerana barangkali amat kerap aku lihat laki muka cam dubur keldai tp bertemankan pompuan lawa dan gebu..

ni kisah benar dalam hidup aku...peristiwa ni da berlaku amat lama juga..dalam 1 tahun yg lepas..
aku dgn kawanku si D mula berasa gian untuk melepaskan suara yg lunak di medan pertempuran iaitu pst karoke di area perak ni..kami berasa buhsan kerana aritu x tau nak wat pe,so karoke la jawapan nye..kami bertolak awal dalam kul 8malam lebih dan dgn merempit berdua..

kisahnya bermula di pst karoke bile aku dgn si D mula menjejakkan kaki di pusat karoke..ketika nak log in bilik @ tggu turn disebabkan penuh dgn penyanyi2 suara sumbang..aku terdengar suara yg seolah memanggilku dgn panggilan manja"awak..awak..awak tu.."...aku cuba mengesan lokasi suara tu dan aku terkejut nampak dua tiga org yg berbonjol besar di dada,berambut panjang,mini skirt yg menampakkan kaki yg gebu dan juga timpi lampai...aku pun usha2 la lama2 skit..makhluk berkenaan memandang ku semacam dgn penuh selera..maklumla badan sasaku telah diratapi dgn pandangan liar...sasa sgt ke badanku...wanita2 berkenaan kelihatan seperti GRO atau pelayan..tp,xkan la ada GRO kat karoke biasa2 yg aku g ni(bukan karoke tandas ye)...aku pun hairan juga sebenarnya..

to be honest,aku ni mempunyai jiwa ingin tahu yg sgt dalam..aku pun membalas suara tu dgn menggunakan isyarat tgn "aku ke"...belum smpat aku hendak mnjejakkan kaki..tiba2 si D menahan aku..potong stim betulla..aku pun terkejut jga la..lalu aku bertanya si D,"apesal potong stim aku ni??"...lalu die pun berckp"babi,tu maknyah la bodoh!!"...aku terkesima..hancur harapan aku mana taw2 tu awek cun yg lonely perlukan teman dan leh juga aku tunjuk macho skit pasang lagu2 tarik nye...ceh..binatang nye maknyah..aku jadi x ketahuan ketika itu..

aku kaget..aku cuba pk..ni kalau maknyah..silap aribulan aku yg hilang dara kot..pukimak nye maknyah...aku pun hampir cemas2 skit..maknyah tu plak macam cuba mengorak langkah nak mendekati aku..aku pun bercakap kepada si D"wei,tolongla aku,nak wat camne ni"..si D pun lalu wat bodo je kerana die taw die xde kaitan..abisla aku ketika itu..aku pun terus ke tandas..

aku igtkan maknyah tu x kejar aku..aku silap..maknyah2 tu tlh mengikuti aku sampai ke tandas..buta kah mereka tidak membaca sign board tulis laki..atau patutkan kerajaan membuat 3 tandas..satu laki,satu pompuan,satu lagi untuk kategori mereka..aku jadi x keruan..pintu tandas diketuk dgn slow2..aku cuak lagi skali...sial la..aku da terpk kan aku menjadi mangsa rogol laki plak..maklumla,maknyah2 ni mana tau ada karate ke ape ke sbb badan macam beso je...

aku x bukak pintu..aku wat bodo je..aku bertapa di dalam tandas...

penantianku selama 30 minit mendatang hasil..aku sedari tidak ada bunyi da...fuhh..aku lega..kerana da hilang da maknyah2 tu..

aku pun lantas menarik nafas lega sambil mencucuh rokok..aku pun kuar la..

kawanku pula sudah hilang..aku pun hairan ke mana die hilang..lalu aku bertanya pada si tokey kedai.."lu ada nampak kawan gua tggi2, putih2,hensem2,pki cap?"..die pun jawab.."haiya..itu olang sudah masuk bilik 7 dgn kawan2 die oooo"..aku pun pelik..sape yg datang lagi??xkan kawanku yg lain...

mampusla..janji aku da selamat sudah..tp aku ttp terpk sape kah kawan2 kpd kawanku..laki ke..pompuan ke?...ntah2..xmungkin..die xkan layan "ehem"...

tp persoalanku terjawab setelah apabila aku tgk bilik 7 melalui tgkap tinted hitam saiz A4..macamku kenal makhluk2 ni..aku terkejut seperti beruk setelah tgk2 rupanya die tgh layan maknyah tu...xpela..aku hy mampu berdoa ko selamat sudah...aku pun lantas trun bawah,lepak kedai makan...

tp aku ttp fobia dgn maknyah dan selamanya...

kepentingan HP bagiku???

aku usha hp aku(sony e k750)..adoi..da bruk da..da 1 tahun lebih aku pakai..ni la satu2nya hp aku yg aku pakai plg lama setakat ini...rasanya..macam nak angkut baru...tp aku bile pk balik..ala..hp bagiku cukupla sekadar leh msg ngan kol je..aku bukan guna pun 3g ke, ape ke...aku guna pun untuk kol atau msg je...

jadi aku senaraikan la kegunaan hp bagi aku..

1. Attendance class

Nilah kegunaan plg besar handphone untuk aku iaitu untuk msg membe2 untuk signkan kelas2 yg aku tak tersengaja atau sengaja ponteng..biasala, aku ni kuat tdo skit..kiranya hp ni berjasa gile2 babi untuk pastikan attendance aku full dan x di bar dari exam..

2. Venue lecture

Yg ni juga amat penting, sbb aku slalu lupa lecture ke kelas ke lab ke kat mana..jadi bile aku jalan sorang2 g kelas dan x taw kelas kat mana, kol je membe..aku xkisah ke celcom ke,maxis ke..prepaid aku byk sbb aku single kan..

3.Mintak duit

Hehe..bila dekat hujung bulan, poket pun hampir pokai..skolar petronas yg aku dpt pun skit je...5rat sebulan mana ckp kadang2..so..apelagi,kol mak bapak la dlu..mana x habisnya duit..asyik makan luar,g karoke,rokok lagi,adoi..suma bnda makin mahal..so skolar PAMA je la...bile da abis duit,baru nak cari mak bapak..hehe..aku bukan ape,slalu mak bapak yg kol aku..bape kali aku kena marah sbb jarang kol..hehe..maklumla laki..

4.Senjata

Bile dalam keadaan kecemasan,macam kena ugut ke,kena serang ke,nak larikan dri dari org yg mengancam kita ke, kita ugut balik nak kol polis ke apa ke..kan senang..diorg pun cuak..
Lagi satu, bile kena kejar anjing,baling je..toksah dok penink2 pk mahal ke x hp tu..kalau kena gigit mmg konpem sakit+penyakit gila+malu..tp kalau aku mmg aku baling je..

5. Cover

Bile aku lalu kat mana2 ke,ada org sibuk edar pamphlet ke,sibuk nak promote ke,aku akan wat2 macam tgh kol org..bile diorg dtg je,aku ckpla "ko x nampak ke aku tgh ckp dlm phone!!"
garang x..??hehe..lagi satu kalau macam liverpool tgh nak kalah ke, pastu aku sorang je sokong liverpool,aku g la tandas..bile kuar je aku wat2 angkat kol so xdela diorg nak boo aku..haha..

6.Pajak

Bile aku dlm keadaan x de duit, haa..ape lagi..pajak handphone je..tu last choice je la..jumpa sama itu apek,tolak la hp...kalau susah sgt, toksah pajak, jual straight je...

7.Alarm

haaa..tanpa hp,aku rasa suma kelas yg pagi2 aku mmg x g la..sory la..alarm aku kasik kuat nye..aku x pakai la jam loceng..alarm phone je la yg leh tolong aku..sbnrnya,kdg2 da malas g kelas msg je la membe suh sainkan kelas...hehe..

8.Penawar buhsan dlm kelas

kalau lecturer yg ajar kita ajar macam gampang atau cara die ckp susah nak tangkap..bukak je snake main..lagi syok..

tu je la guna hp aku rasa..xde da guna..so pasni aku mmg nk angkut phone baru cuma aku xmau da angkat canggih2 sbb aku tau aku ni x cermat..jiwa kasar..hp aku suma barai je pas sebulan pakai..so aku nak pakai yg murah2..hehe...

arini penat cam sial...berkelah ke batu berangkai,kampar...

syok syial..ni 2nd time g sana...tp bfr dis da penah g cuma kami sampai di tempat yg salah..kali ni kami naik atas lagi...spanjang perjalanan, org asli je berlambak..so bukan jadi bnda pelik daa...

kat atas tu..fuhh...air terjun bapak syok nye...air nye pun jernih..tp satu je la, sangat2 dalam gile babi sampai aku cuak nak terjun...maklumla,aku reti berenang je tapi x reti terapung lama2...hehe..gerenti dalam woo,dalam 10 meter tu da konfem2..siap ada tali tarzan lagi tu...tp aku malu jugakla..budak2 skolah kecik2 pun releks je terjun(mentang2 la org asli)...

kat sana yg bestnya, aktiviti yg turut disematkan ialah barbeque dan juga shisha...shisha pun baik punya...pendek cite best la...

ari mggu ramai skit orang so mata ini dicucikan juga la dgn awek2 yg singgah mandi2...adoi ya...buat dosa x tersangaja plak..aiseh..

tp tmpt tu kalau weekdays mmg kosong gile2..silap2 leh jumpa port org beromen tepi tebing ke, dalam air ke...skodeng siap la ko!!kasik 3gp skit...cuak..haa...org duk berpicnic kat situ diorg g tibai wat maksiat..nak wat maksiat wat kat hotel je suday...jgn cemarkan mata aku je...

kepada sedara lang...jgn jeles...ikan sebesar 30cm da pun tumpas di tgn aku...haha..sape suh x ikut..wakaka...

Kenapa aku suka Malaysia...

1. Sbb Malaysia aman sgt sampai sbnarnya Malaysia ini ialah tempat penjenayah dunia yg top2 buat meeting. Da aman sangat sampai penjenayah wanted pun leh lepak2 aman damai kat sini. Ini membuktikan Malaysia amat daman..

2. Sbb Malaysia nye rokok, kandungan tembakau nye melebihi piawaian di Oversea. X percaya, korang try rokok US dgn Malaysia, mana lagi keras rasanya...

3. Sbb Malaysia byk mat rempit. Kalau korang nak tau, kita nye mat rempit standard tggi tu woo, kalau kat luar negara, stunner ke ape ke suma ada safety...Mat rempit kita x payah la dok pakai helmet..Kaw2 terer tu sial..

4. Orang Malaysia baik hati..Cuba korang pk, kalau kete korang rosak tgh jalan, ramai je yg lalu lalang kat tepi tu tolong korang tambah2 korang seksi ke, cun ke, barang bayek ke..lg satu, byk je org malaysia kena tipu dgn mudah..tu tandanya, mudahla kita nak mencari rezeki...tol x?

5. Kat malaysia ni, byk sgt budaya.Plg senang nak suntik budaya apa ke dalam hati rakyatnya..
Bayangkan je la, budaya punk ada, black metal ada,skin ada, suma ada. Ajaran sesat apatah lagi. Ayah Pin ada, belambak laaaa...susah woo mau citer...nak kater pengikutnya bodoh x juga, lecturer pun ada..aku yg still masih lagi student pun x ikut, ni kan lecturer yg ada PhD pun leh folow...Tu tandanya Malaysia plg senang nak disebarkan budaya apa2.....

6. Malaysia x byk mambang betul, mambang bertopengkan manusia ada la...betul x??kalau kat indon org asyik ckp byk hantu...kat malaysia lagi la byk mambang cuma ni mambang bertopengkan manusia...haha..sbgi contoh plg mudah, ahli politik yg mengaut duit rakyat mudah2...ni la die org pggl mambang cekik duit..haha...

7. Malaysia byk pemandu2 speed car yg berkaliber cuma x masuk pit je...Korang pk la, rakyat malaysia ni, da masuk kete biasa, da macam bawak formula one..asyik tekan minyak je,walaupun kereta kancil yg amat ringan pun janji leh pergi 180 cukup...Last2 aku x kisah pun kalau angka kemalangan di Malaysia ni asyik naik je...Antara tertinggi di dunia kot...Bangga pe!!

8.Malaysia byk sampah. Sampah dadah, sampah nyamuk, sampah masyarakat, sampah bohsia,sampah maknyah,sampah pendatang haram...macam2 beb...bukan setakat byk sampah biasa, sampah camtu pun belambak...Respect beb..Byk sgt sampah ni..camne nak setel ye??patutke ada Ministry Of 'Sampah' khusus untuk sampah luar biasa ni.???..renungkan sndri..

9.Plg penting, Malaysia jarang kena gempa bumi ke, ape ke...tu yg buat kita sgt seronok duduk kat malaysia...aku leh ckp,setakat aku duduk dalam malaysia, x penah lagi rasa gempa bumi...rasa teringin pun ada...mana taw cam bawak bumper car ke, macam tgh drilling ke...hehe...

10. Malaysia ada Petronas yg sponsor suma nye dalam malaysia..bile Mas bankrap pun die cucuk skit duit..pendek ckp, petronas je aku nampak bile aku tgk malaysia...aku pun konfius da..bile minyak naik, nak suh petronas support lagi...mayb petronas tu x lama lagi ada parti kot..haha...srnok apa ada sponsor..

Akhir kata, walau Malaysia best, satu je x de....SALJI atau SNOW...siyes...kalau ada, barula happening skit malam christmas kat Bukit Bintang,tambah skit happening bile santa claus tu muncul....tol x???

Kebaikan rokok...

Ramai org sangka merokok membahayakan kesihatan..mmg benar rokok membahayakan kesihatan tetapi di sebalik setiap keburukan mesti terselit kebaikan atleast skit...so disini aku nak huraikan kebaikan merokok...so pls komen skit..

1. Mati awal.

Bile anda mati awal, so korang xpayah susah2 tanggung dosa..makin lama hidup pun makin byk wat dosa. Tensen pun hilang. Tol x??

2. Halau nyamuk.

Bile xde ubat nyamuk, toksah susah2 g beli shieldtox ke ape ke kat kedai, sembur je guna asap rokok. Senang pun senang. X susah2, kita pun leh hisap rokok dgn aman dan nyamuk pun hilang.

3. Ubat sembelit

Bile merokok, perut kita senang skit nak menyahtoksinkan tahi2 yg ada tu..so bnda ni bukan tipu, ada doctor penah ckp cuma aku x ingt ape nama doctor tu..die ckp, sehari 5 kali macam semayang supaya perut korang tu lancar je...

4. Berlagak atau pose

Bile anda nak bergambar..toksah dok susah2 pk gaya ape nak digunakan..senangje, kuarkan rokok, isap pastu pose la gaya ketika tgh hisap atau hembus..

5. Mengayakan kerajaan

Tahukah korang bile kita merokok kita membantu kerajaan kita. Kutipan cukai hasil jualan tembakau amat besar kepada kerajaan kita so dalam erti kata lain duit kita guna bayar rokok tu la yg digunakan untuk membangunkan negara kita. Cuba kita x merokok, mana kerajaan nak dpt duit nak wat jambatan la ape la...betol x??

6. Melatih kita berjimat

Bile kita merokok, kita mesti xkan kurangkan bajet untuk rokok sebaliknya kita kurangkan bajet kat minyak ke, duit belanja anak2 la, duit makan la so suma ini melatih kita berjimat. Especially bile harga rokok naik, kita xkan stop kan, tp ape kita wat kita kurangkan bajet untuk benda lain..

7. Panaskan badan

Merokok leh panaskan badan selain daripada beromen. Betulkan, sebab di oversea bile sejuk mereka merokok atau minum arak. Jadi kalau x cukup panas juga cucuh je rokok tu kat badan confirm leh wat badan korang panas.

8. Senjata untuk pertahankan dri

Apabila anda diugut semasa merokok dan ketika itu juga anda tgh panik, toksah risau, cucuh je rokok tu kat mana2 bahagian badan org tu confirm2 la korang leh lepas. Cuba bayangkan sama je kan dgn spray pedih mata yg pompuan pakai skg.

9. Alat sosial

Bile anda kurang sosial, mudah je...statla merokok..dari merokok anda akan jumpa kawan yg merokok dan dari situ la kita boleh bersosial. Dgn offer atau pow rokok je kita leh kenal sesorang tu dgn lebih mudah. Pendek kata korang jadi ngam la. Bile diorg takde rokok diorg cari ko. So sempoi la nak cari kawan

10 n so on x leh la nak citer da..panjang sgt aku nak listed...papehal pun, ape yg aku ckpkan di atas terpulang pada korang untuk judge cuma, aku x galakkan korang merokok..kalau boleh bagus gak, leh aku on balik bisnes rokok aku..tp igtla satu bnda ni je, hidup mati kita da tertulis di dalam buku dan ko merokok ke, xke, kalau mati esok, mati juga...life sgt short, so enjoy dlu sblom mati!!!

kisah benar...

Daku ingin mencoretkan sedikit pengajaran bagi kawan2 bloggers mahupun rakan2 yg lain mengenai satu pengajaran yg patut dijadikan teladan dari semasa ke semasa. Tajuk saya ari ni ialah cerita benar yg telah berlaku pada saya dan seorang kawan saya, Lang. Cerita ini amat benar sehinggakan hidup kami berubah.

Saya secara jujurnya mengaku saya ni jahil dlu. Bab semayang ke ape ke suma main taram je. Pendek kata serupa macam setan la. Tp pada satu hari, satu kejadian yg menimpa saya pada hari itu amat menyedarkan saya bahawa satu saat mampu mengubah segalanya.

Kisahnya bermula apabila pada suatu hari, si lang(seorang jejaka tampan yg memiliki RXZ kaler itam BDB****) telah mengajak saya untuk ke Malim Nawar untuk survey port baik punyer. Mgkin anda suma akan mengjangkakan yg saya dan lang mau mencari port beromen tp kami x la sejahil tu.Kami sebenarnya nak menyiasat port pancing ikan di sekitar area Tronoh Mines-Malim Nawar.

Petang ketika itu amat sepi, dgn langit yg mendung macam nak hujan,tp dgn berbekalkan jiwa yg maskulin dan kental,kami naik moto 125 dan plg bodohnya x mau naik kete dgn alasan jimat minyak. Di pendekkan cerita, kami menempuhi perjalanan yg agak jauh iaitu dlm 45 minit. Dan ketika dalam perjalanan la segalanya bermula.....

Hujan turun amat lebat seperti yg dijangkakan oleh kami walaupun sebenarnya kami x bajet nak hujan lebat camtu. Kami terus cekal menunggang motosikal tanpa menghiraukan bahaya yg bakal menimpa. Ketika dlam perjalanan juga Lang slaku penunggang telah membawa dgn kelajuan yg x patut. Ketika sdg asyik menunggang dan membonceng, saya ternampak di sebelah lane saya, dlm 10 meter di depan ,seekor wira telah meluru laju memintas di hadapan dan membelok tanpa was2 ke dalam longkang di tepi ladang sawit. Kami meneruskan sahaja perjalanan dan melepasi tempat kejadian dgn selamat. Namun, kami berhenti sekejap setelah melihat side mirror rupanya tu xcident...Sebenarnya, lang x nampak pun langsung ada kete xcident dpn mata. Da lepas tmpat kejadian barula tau ada xcident. Bapak buta nya si lang. Tu pun disebabkan saya suruh lang berhenti untuk tolong2 mana la taw awek cun.

Ketika itulah saya menyedari yg tuhan maha berkuasa. Bayangkan kalau satu saat kami di depan, da tentu2 kena sapu dan malam tu plak kebetulan malam jumaat, x susahkan org baca yasin sbb da mmg org len baca yasin. Kami amat bernasib baik. Mgkin ini petanda supaya kami insaf. Namun disebabkan usia masih muda, wat bodo je la...

kesepian malam mendung yang kuisi dengan jogetan dan gelekkan di pub berhampiran berakhir dengan keletihan yang amat sangat... aku berbaring di bucu katil sambil selimut tebal melitupi tubuhku yang haus dengan peluh.. sebelum mimpi basah aku bertandang, sempat aku terkenangkan wanita liar yang berjoget denganku di pub malam tadi.. dengan berbaju menampakkan lurah idaman tanpa sarung dan goyangan buah dada yang hampir menghidangkan puting, aku leka.. melihatnya sahaja mampu membuatkan adik kesayanganku terganggu dari tidur yang nyenyak...

apakan daya malam ini aku tersangat letih... tidak terdaya membelai adikku biarpun fikiranku melayang mengenangkan saat-saat ranjang bersama wanita liar tadi yang lebih gemar menggunakan nama manja sue... aku terdengar kawannya menegur di saat anak mataku tertumpu di bahagian bonjol separa dadanya... mataku terasa berat.. angan-angan bersama sue telah hilang entah ke mana dan aku tertidur nyenyak tanpa sebarang mimpi...

deruman kereta di jalan raya sebelah rumah setingganku mengejutkan aku... dengan mata yang masih kabur, aku terpandang sekujur badan yang nampaknya seperti seorang wanita dengan bentuk badan lentoknya.. sue! kaget aku sebentar... bagaimana sue boleh berada di rumahku dan paling mengejutkan, sue berada di atas katil usangku dengan berpakaian seperti semalam...

nafsu nakalku makin menghampir... ingin saja aku bersentuhan dengan benjolan di dadanya itu... dengan tanpa arahan, tanganku menghampiri buah dada sue... aku menggengam erat.. tiba-tiba sue tersedar dari lamunan dan menggapai tanganku... aku jadi tidak keruan... adikku yang tadi segar bugar kembali tunduk akur dan mengecil...

tetapi sue tidak menolak sebaliknya menekan tanganku dengan lebih kuat di dadanya... terdengar rengekkan halus suara manja sue... aku makin berani.. tanganku menyelinap masuk ke dalam baju sue... akibat tidak memakai sebarang perlindungan, jari jemariku dengan mudah menggentel puting tanpa susunya perlahan-lahan... sue memejam mata sambil rengekkannya bertambah ghairah...

baju sue ditanggalkanku dengan sopan... kini terpampang di hadapan mataku dua buah gunung nikmat berputing... aku mengonyot semahu-mahunya buah dada sue sambil lidahku bermain dengan puting tanpa susunya.. mini skirtnya aku tarikkan perlahan sampai di atas peha.. ternyata sue memang tidak suka memakai alat perlindungan kelamin...

ya, segitiga emas yang kuimpikan dari sue selama ini... sue menjaganya dengan tertib tanpa sebarang rumbu-rumbu hitam membuatkan lidahku yang kualih ke segitiga emasnya semakin ganas menekan dan melapah... sue mengerang kenikmatan... punggungnya bergerak ke atas dan ke bawah menandakan ghairahnya tidak lagi tertahan... sambil kedua tanganku meramas dan menggentel buah dada sue yang bernombor 34 dalam ranking saiz...

adikku sudah mula menunjukkan taring ilusinya.. dengan kekejangan maksima serta urat saraf yang terbonjol dan kebesarannya yang diketahui umum, aku rapatkan ke pintu segitiga emas sue... aku sengaja melagakan adikku di luar pintunya... sue makin rancak.. limpahan air dari vaginanya membasahi bucu katil... sue tak mampu lagi menahan.. digenggamnya adikku dan menekan masuk ke dalam vaginanya... aku terkesima... sue lebih kuat nafsunya berbanding aku...

adikku ditekan sedalam-dalamnya... hilaian suara sakit bercampur nikmat dari sue membuatkan adikku berang... tambahan pula kemutan yang dihasilkan oleh sue sangat mengasyikkan... tolakkan dan tarikkan semakin laju dan rancak.. berkocak air dalam vagina sue... sue masih lagi memejam mata sambil mengerang kenikmatan... sue menggosok-gosok bibir vaginanya tanda ghairahnya semakin di puncak klimaks... air melimpah ruah dari dalam vagina sue..

adikku ku juga sudah sampai masa mengalahnya... aku tekankan adikku sedalamnya sebelum pancutan hangat bersuhu 42 darjah celcius dilepaskan ke dalam vagina sue.. sue menjerit nikmat sambil kemutan vaginanya di tahap maksima...

di sini, saya dgn rendah dirinya ingin meluahkan sedikit kekesalan dgn perkembangan semasa yg sedang berlaku di negara tmpat tumpahnya air mani kita sendiri..cerita saya kali ini adalah mengenai tanda tanya kenapa pompuan melayu suka pak arab... di sini saya dapat la me 'list' kan
beberapa sebab yg mungkin seswai untuk menggambarkan situasi ini...

1.Pak arab mulut manis seperti ladoo...manis tp manis semacam la..sape2 x penah makan ladoo try la sikit..rasanya manis2 palat..camtu la mulut pak arab...ckp manis tp ada udang di sebalik batu..last2 pompuan melayu tu kena tggl..sedih2...

2. Pak arab ni...ehem2...handal di ranjang..maklumla..paham2 saja la...da besar semacam, pompuan melayu mana x suka..cuba banding adeq korang dgn adeq depa..sape lagi maskulin..tol x??

3. Pak arab ni kaya raya..tambah2 lagi anak syeikh2 dan saudagar petrol..

4. Pak arab pakai minyak dagu..guna nasi kangkang...dan etc..kadang2 ada juga yg mengamalkan ilmu hitam...tambah2 plak ada pak arab yg hitam2...

5. Last but not least, pak arab bau badan maskulin..angkat ketiak bau kepam...tu yg wat pompuan melayu suka gile babi...

sekian sahaja nukilan untuk malam ni...mengupas serba sedikit perkembangan di tanah air kita ni sndri...jgn lupa untuk ambil iktibar...jadilah maskulin...amin..
